Climate-Resilient Housing Systems for a Changing World.

SipsPac
Rapid Building Systems
Rethinking How Buildings Are Designed, Manufactured and Built
The construction industry faces increasing pressure to build faster, more affordably and with a significantly lower environmental impact.
SipsPac is developing a new generation of integrated building systems designed to respond to these challenges.
By combining advanced insulated materials, engineered structural systems, efficient manufacturing, panelisation and rapid on-site assembly, SipsPac aims to reduce material waste, construction time, site disruption and overall building costs while improving thermal performance, durability and resource efficiency.
Our systems are designed to work independently or together — from foundations and suspended flooring to panelised walls, roofing and integrated energy solutions.
SipsPac's aim is to help create a more sustainable, efficient and accessible future for construction — delivering better buildings, faster, with less waste and greater cost efficiency.

The Housing Gap is Accelerating
BACKGROUND
Across the Pacific and cyclone-prone regions worldwide, communities face a growing shortage of resilient, affordable housing. Traditional construction is too slow, labour-intensive, and vulnerable to extreme weather.
Disaster recovery, remote development, and social housing now require a different approach — one designed for speed, durability, and deployment at scale.
SipsPac Rapid Build System
SipsPac is an integrated modular housing platform engineered for rapid deployment in demanding environments. The system combines five core components working seamlessly together to deliver climate-resilient, affordable housing solutions.
Integrated System Components

Mega Anchor Footings
Innovative concrete-free foundation system enabling minimal site preparation and rapid installation on diverse terrain.

Steel Framing System
Engineered structural frame providing cyclone-tested strength and durability in extreme weather conditions.

Composite Materials
We are committed to researching the greater use of composite materials in all of our building environments. Considerable time has been spent working with FRP manufacturers to find more effective ways of
joining FRP Pultrusion with positive outcomes in foreseeable future.
We continue to use composite materials for flooring and decking and looking at ways to replace flat steel products with FRP or LVL materials.

Insulated Panel Technology
Advanced Structural Insulated Panels developed by SipsBuild (Perth) and tested/approved by Curtin University for thermal efficiency and structural integrity.
Combined with our Insulated Metal Panel (IMP) technical and manufacturing expertise, the Barkly Rapid Build System is at the forefront of building technology.

Scalable Configurations
The modular design allows multiple 4×6 units to be connected using the steel framing system, creating larger buildings and multi-unit complexes. From single cabins to community-scale facilities, Barkly adapts to your needs.
-
✓Single 4×6 unit for individual accommodation
-
✓Multiple units combined for larger facilities
-
✓Rapid assembly of multi-unit complexes
-
✓Flexible expansion as needs grow
